Chevon Raich, MPH, RD

Chevon Raich is a Clinical Registered Dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in medical nutrition therapy and healthcare operations. Her passion for nutrition began with a deep interest in how food can be used as both prevention and treatment, ultimately inspiring her career in clinical dietetics. Over the years, she has worked extensively with diverse patient populations, providing individualized nutrition assessments and interventions that support recovery, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Chevon specializes in creating tailored nutrition care plans that not only address medical needs but also fit seamlessly into her patients’ lives. She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure her clients receive holistic, evidence-based care, and she is recognized for her ability to identify gaps in care, implement corrective strategies, and achieve measurable outcomes. Her mission is to empower individuals to make informed, sustainable choices that enhance both their health and quality of life.

Chevon earned her credentials as a Registered Dietitian in California and has built a career rooted in both clinical expertise and operational excellence. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys exploring real estate investment, practicing mindfulness, and spending time in the kitchen testing new, nutrient-rich recipes. She brings the same dedication and curiosity to her personal life as she does to supporting her clients in achieving their health goals.

Karina Karas MS, RD, CDN, NWCC

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for empowering people to use nutrition as a way to feel their best – not just physically, but in all areas of life. I am board certified in nutrition wound care and have a special interest in women’s health.

My approach is simple: meet you where you are, make small but meaningful changes, and adjust along the way as your needs evolve. I believe progress happens one step at a time and I’m here to guide and support you without judgement. Together, we’ll create realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life and help you reach your goals.

When I’m not working with patients, you can usually find me running, reading or spending time with family and friends.

My goal is to make nutrition feel approachable, empowering and personable – so you can live a healthier, happier life that truly feels like you.

Linda Kilmer, RD

I had started my career working for 16 yrs in a nursing home as a kitchen supervisor. It was time for a change. Deciding to become a dietitian wasn’t hard; the ability to help others and improve their quality of life was all it took.

As a dietitian whether it is working in long term care or in the community listening is the key ingredient. Being able to “think outside the box” and offer realistic options can be a challenge but everyone is individualized and has different situations. That being said, we all strive for good health and well-being, I like being the one there to help.

Kimberly Koehler, MS, RD

When I was 28, I went on a mission trip to Honduras where I distributed rice packets and other food items to many in need. Upon returning home, I decided to hang up my headset as a television news producer and pursue a degree in nutrition and dietetics. I thrived during undergrad and eventually landed a dietetic internship at the VA. I pursued a Master’s Degrees in Nutrition as well. After 4+ years, I passed the exam and became a Registered Dietitian.

I have been passionate about working with older adults in the long-term care setting for nearly 10 years. I am thrilled to extend the knowledge I have obtained through my experience to others in a new setting. A main focus of mine is on weight management, promoting weight gain for those who are underweight as well as weight loss promotion for those who are overweight or obese. I also have extensive knowledge about nutrition and wound healing. I have worked closely with treatment nurses to determine optimal treatment plans for clients. I am also passionate about enteral nutrition and figuring out the best plan of care for each client.
